Girls Lacrosse Updates

Game updates are provided by the coaching staff.

5/22 – The Bridgewater Raynham girls lacrosse team (11-5) lost in overtime to Whitman Hanson 10-9.

Senior captain Ali Daisy had 4 goals, juniors Katie Swart & freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti both had 2 goals and 2 assists, and senior Ashley Hogan had one goal.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had a season high 15 saves and junior defenders Riley McDonough and Peyton Elliot both played well for the Trojans.
BR heads to Milton tomorrow for their last regular season game of the season.

5/16 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (11-3; 6-0) lost to Falmouth High School 15-13. Senior captain Ali Daisy led the Trojans on senior night with 6 goals and 2 assists. Junior Katie Swart and freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti (3 assists) each had 2 goals.

Captain Lauren Dion, senior Karissa Chute, and junior Savannah Paige each had 1 goal. Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 9 saves.

 

5/15 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (11-3; 6-0) finished undefeated in the Maritime League conference with an 11-8 win over New Bedford High School. Junior Katie Swart was unstoppable on offense with 4 goals and 1 assist. Senior Karissa Chute had 2 goals, senior captain Ali Daisy 1 goal and 4 assists, senior captain Lauren Dion had 2 goals, and freshman Gina Marie Ricciotti 2 goals and 1 assist.

Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 5 saves and junior defenders Abby Goodrich, Peyton Elliot, and Riley McDonough all played well for the Trojans.
The Trojans host Falmouth high school tomorrow night at 6pm for their last regular season home game.

 

5/12 –  The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (10-3; 5-0) lost to Braintree High School 18-10. Freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti had 4 goals and 3 assist, senior captain Ali Daisy had 4 goals and 1 assist, senior Kailen Heath had 1 goal, and junior Riley McDonough had 1 goal.

Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had a solid game with 15 saves.
The Trojans head to NB on Monday for a conference game.

5/10 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (10-2; 5-0) beat conference rivals Dartmouth High School 15-6. A win over Dartmouth secures the Maritime league championship for the Trojans for the first time since 2011.

Freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti controlled the midfield and contributed 7 goals and 3 assist. Senior captain Ali Daisy had 4 goals and 6 assists, junior Katie Swart with 2 goals and 1 assist, and senior Ashley Hogan and junior Riley McDonough each had 1 goal.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had another strong performance in the net with help from senior defender Katie Chute and juniors Abby Goodrich and Peyton Elliot.
The Trojans head to Braintree on Friday afternoon for a 4pm game.

5/8 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (9-2; 4-0) qualified for the MIAA state tournament with a win over conference rivals Barnstable High School 15-3.

BR was a scoring machine with 7 offensive players contributing. Senior captain Ali Daisy led the way with 6 goals and 6 assists and freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti scored 3 goals and 4 assists. Senior captain Lauren Dion had 2 goals, with Riley McDonough, Haley Mason, Savannah Paige and Ashley Hogan each scoring a goal as well.
Mikayla Seavey had another strong game in net with 10 saves.
The Trojans head to Dartmouth High School on Wednesday for another conference game.

5/1 – The Bridgewater Raynham girls lacrosse team (8-1; 3-0) beat Fairhaven High School 16-4.

Senior Captain Ali Daisy had 5 goals 6 assists, freshman Gina Marie Ricciotti had 4 goals and 4 assists, junior Katie Swart had 2 goals and 1 assist, and senior Karissa Chute had 2 goals. Captains Lauren Dion and Kailen Heath each had one goal.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 5 saves. Senior Katie Chute and juniors Peyton Elliott and Abby Goodrich played well in the defensive end.
The Trojans head to Falmouth on Friday for a 4 pm game.

 

4/26 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (7-1 overall; 3-0 league) beat New Bedford 10-8 in a conference match up.

 The offense was led by freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti with 3 goals and 4 assists with a solid contribution from 6 other Lady Trojans. Senior tri-captain Ali Daisy had 2 goals; 2 assists, while fellow captains Lauren Dion, and Kailen Heath each had a goal. Junior Savannah Paige tallied 1 goal and 2 assists, while junior Katie Swart  and sophomore Haley Mason each had 1 goal.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey stopped 5 in the net and juniors Abby Goodrich and Peyton Elliott played well in the defensive end for the Trojans.

 

4/24 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (6-1) beat non conference Weymouth High School 14-8. Senior captain Ali Daisy also had a milestone afternoon scoring her 200th career goal. With 5 goals on the afternoon, Daisy has tallied 201 goals and 87 assists for the Lady Trojans.

Junior Katie Swart had 2 goals and 3 assists, junior Abby Goodrich with 2 goals, and sophomore Haley Mason with 2 goals.
Senior captain Lauren Dion had 1 goal, freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti had 1 goal and 1 assist and freshman Coleen Campbell had 1 goal.
Senior Mikayla Seavey had another solid game in net with 10 saves and senior Katie Chute sparked a fire on defense for the Lady Trojans the entire game.
The Trojans host New Bedford for a conference match up on Wednesday afternoon.

 

4/20 – The Bridgewater-Raynham girls lacrosse team (5-1) lost to non conference Braintree High School 14-5.

Senior captain Ali Daisy had 3 goals followed by senior captain Kailen Heath with 1 goal and Katie Swart with 1 goal.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 10 saves in net and junior defender Riley McDonough played well for the Lady Trojans.
The Trojans host Weymouth on Monday and New Bedford on Wednesday.

 

4/18 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (5-0 overall; 2-0 conference) beat Whitman Hanson 18-10.

Senior captain Ali Daisy led the way with 8 goals and 4 assists. Freshman Gina- Marie Ricciotti had 4 goals and 2 assists, senior captain Kailen Heath had 2 goals and 1 assist, freshman Coleen Campbell had 2 goals and 2 assists, junior Katie Swart had 1 goal and 1 assist, and sophomore Haley Mason had 1 goal and 2 assist in the Trojans victory.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey played well in the net with 12 saves along with defenders Carina Kennedy, Peyton Elliot, and Riley McDonough.
The lady Trojans host Braintree on Thursday at 3:30.

 

4/12 – The Bridgewater- Raynham girls lacrosse team (4-0 overall; 2-0 conference) beat conference rivals Dartmouth High School 17-6.

Senior captain Ali Daisy led the Lady Trojans with 8 goals and 4 assists. Freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti had 5 goals and 2 assists, followed by junior Katie Swart with 3 goals and 3 assists, and freshman Coleen Campbell with 1 goal and 2 assists.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 10 big saves in net and juniors Riley McDonough, Peyton Elliot, and sophomore Haley Mason played well in the defensive end.
The Trojans will host Whitman- Hanson and Braintree High School next week.

 

4/10 –  The Bridgewater-Raynham girls lacrosse team (3-0 overall; 1-0 league) beat conference rivals Barnstable High School 17-10.

Junior Katie Swart led the Lady Trojans with 6 goals, senior captain Ali Daisy had 4 goals and 4 assists, and freshman Gina Ricciotto had 3 goals and two assists.
Senior captain Kailen Heath and junior Abby Goodrich each had a goal and freshman Coleen Campbell had 2 goals. Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 10 big saves in net!
The Lady Trojans host Dartmouth High School Wednesday afternoon at 4pm.

4/ 3 – The Bridgewater Raynham girls lacrosse team (2-0) won there home opener against Pembroke High School 14-11.

Senior captain Ali Daisy led the way with 7 goals and 3 assists. Freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti had 4 goals and 2 assists. Senior captain Kailen Heath had 1 goal and 1 assist, junior Katie Swart had 1 goal and 2 assists, sophomore Hayley Mason had 1 goal and 1 assist, and senior captain Lauren Dion contributed with 1 assist.
Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey had 10 big saves in the net.

3/31 – The Bridgewater-Raynham girls lacrosse team won their opening game of the season 13-7 against non-league Weymouth High School.

Freshman Gina-Marie Ricciotti led the team with 7 goals and 2 assistants followed by senior captain Ali Daisy with 5 goals and 3 assists. Junior Emily Peterson also contributed with 1 goal and junior Katie Swart had 1 assist. Senior goalie Mikayla Seavey played well in the net.
The lady Trojans play their home opener Monday afternoon at 4pm against Pembroke.
BR hosts Braintree High school tomorrow at 3:30pm.
